Zhang Yiyu signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 2.21% stake Sunfly Intelligent Technology Co., LTD (SZSE:300423) from Ji Faqing for approximately CNY 110 million on December 29, 2021. Under the terms of transaction,Ji Faqing will transfer 11 million shares accounting for 2.21% stake from Zhang Yiyu at the price of CNY 10.325 per share.
Zhang Yiyu completed the acquisition of 2.21% stake Sunfly Intelligent Technology Co., LTD (SZSE:300423) from Ji Faqing on January 13, 2022. Sunfly Intelligent Technology received a notice from Ji Faqing that the transfer registration were completed the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd.. Based on the issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., the transfer date was on January 13, 2022. Zhang Yiyu's shares in the company increased from 100 shares to 11,000,100 shares, stake in the company to 2.21%.
