On December 7, 2020, SunHydrogen, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding the closing of the Company's previously announced registered direct offering for the sale of 120,000,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 120,000,000 shares of common stock, for aggregate gross proceeds of $9,000,000. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
