COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF THE PALATIAL STAND PROPERTY

Reference is made to the announcement dated 24 November 2017 issued by Henderson Sunlight Asset Management Limited as manager of Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust in relation to the disposal of the Palatial Stand Property (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that pursuant to the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, completion of the disposal of the Palatial Stand Property has taken place on 25 January 2018.

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis.
