I.The Company intends to renounce its' participation in the subscription of
10,000,000 new shares of subsidiary Chin Hsin company's cash capital increase
to all shareholders of the Company, in which the issue price is NT$15 per
share and all shareholders of the Company can subscribe 69.8684 shares
(calculated to the fourth decimal place, unconditionally rounded down below)
of the Chin Hsin company for every 1,000 shares of the Company held.
II.In response to the relevant schedule of the base date for the share
subscription of Chin Hsin company's cash capital increase, the schedule
of relevant base date for all shareholders of the Company subscribing
to Chin Hsin company's cash capital increase is as follows.
