Sunny Loan Top Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2020. For the half year, the company announced sales was CNY 51.869 million compared to CNY 214.844 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 10.655 million compared to operating Income of CNY 14.827 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 15.083 million compared to net income of CNY 3.088 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.033 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of CNY 0.007 a year ago.

The guarantee business is mainly engaged in non-financing guarantee business and financing guarantee business. The financial leasing business is mainly engaged in financial leasing. The quasi-financial investment business is mainly engaged in indirect capital income business, capital market investment business and other equity investment businesses. The special assets business is mainly engaged in the acquisition of debt asset packages held by local AMC companies or other private entities through indirect acquisitions through the establishment of partnerships, direct participation in public auction acquisitions, or direct agreement transfers.
