Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2015, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is available for download on the Company's website www.sunriseresourcesplc.com and will be posted to shareholders on 12 January 2016.
The AGM will be held on 18 February 2016 at 10.30 a.m. at Arundel House, 13-15 Arundel Street, Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.
