Notification concerning Organizational Changes and Executive Appointments

Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (President: Saburo Kogo) hereby notifies you about the following organizational changes and executive appointments.

1. Organizational Changes Effective September 1, 2016

   ●Reorganization of the Suntory Beverage & Food Limited, Corporate Planning Division and New Establishment of a Global Next Generation Business Development Department

   ▽In order to accelerate efforts to expand business globally and develop an innovative

   next-generation business model, we will reorganize the Corporate Development Department, which operates under the Corporate Planning Division, and establish a new department outside this division, namely, the Global Next Generation Business Development Department.

   ●Reorganization of the Suntory Beverage & Food Limited, Beverage & Food Business Division

   ▽We will transfer functions of the Development Innovation Department, which

   operates under the Beverage & Food Business Division, to the various departments of the same division and to Suntory Beverage Solution Limited, Business Strategy Division.

   As a result of this change, the Development Innovation Department will be abolished.

   ●Reorganization of the Suntory Foods Limited, Sales & Marketing Division Metropolitan Area

   ▽In order to unify and streamline strategy formulation and decision-making processes

   and strengthen our sales structure, we will abolish the Chiba Branch and the Yokohama Branch, and establish two additional chain store departments: Chainstores Department 3 and Chainstores Department 4.

   ●Reorganization of the Suntory Beverage Solution Limited, Sales & Marketing Division Kinki Area

   ▽We will establish a Sales Planning Department to strengthen our sales structure.
