Notification concerning Executive Appointments

Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (the Company) hereby notifies you that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, it was informally decided to make the following changes to the Company's executive officers.

1. Changes to Suntory Beverage & Food Limited's Executive Officers

(1) Changes to Executive Officers

Shekhar Mundlay	Director (CEO of Suntory Beverage & Food Asia)
Peter Harding	Director (CEO of Suntory Beverage & Food Europe)
Kazutomo Aritake	Director (Executive Vice President, Suntory Holdings Ltd.)
Yuji Yamazaki	Director, Member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee
(Senior Managing Executive Officer, Member of the Board)

*Yuji Yamazaki is scheduled to leave as Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the Company of the Board.

Kazuhiro Saito	Representative Director, President & Chief Executive Officer
Josuke Kimura	Senior Managing Executive Officer, Member of the Board
Yukari Inoue	Outside Director
Harumichi Uchida	Outside Director, Member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee
Mika Masuyama	Outside Director, Member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee
Saburo Kogo	Present Position: Chairman of the Board
Yuji Yamazaki	Present Position: Senior Managing Executive Officer, Member of the Board
Nobuhiro Torii	Present Position: Director
Kozo Chiji	Present Position: Director, Member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee

*Saburo Kogo is expected to assume the position of Advisor of the Company.

*Kozo Chiji is expected to assume the position of Senior Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Suntory Holdings Ltd.

(2) Expected Date for Assumption of Office

The date for assumption of office will be formally decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in late March 2021, and at the Board of Directors meeting to be held subsequently.
