Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (President: Saburo Kogo) hereby notifies you about the following organizational changes and executive appointments.

1. Organizational Changes ●Integration of Auditing DepartmentEffective April 1, 2019

▽Integrate management audit function of "Auditing Department" into "Global Auditing Department" to make efficient of audit system of entire Suntory Beverage & Food Limited. As a result of this change, Auditing Department will be abolished.

●Reorganization of Japan Business Division

▽Establish "Business Administration & HR Division" to enhance business administration system of "Japan Business Division" and human resource management of domestic group companies.

▽Establish "Internal Control Department" to enhance internal control function of Japan Business Division including domestic group companies.

●Reorganization of Suntory Foods Limited

▽Establish "Sales Development & Marketing Promotion Department" in Sales & Marketing

Division Metropolitan Area to enhance promotion of sales activities.
