SUNWODA Huizhou New Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 2,460,265,900 in an equity round of funding on April 16, 2018. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Sunwoda Electronic Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300207). The transaction has been approved at the 6th session of the investor's 4th directorate and the 6th session of the investor's 4th supervisory board meeting. The company reported total assets of CNY 2,054,523,433.27, total liabilities of CNY 1,964,269,012.83, net assets of CNY 90,254,420.44, revenue of CNY 305,505,540.53, total loss of CNY 97,953,220.02, and net loss of CNY 97,953,220.02 for the year ended December 31, 2017.
