Lapidoth Capital Ltd (TASE:LAPD) made an offer to acquire remaining 24.78% stake in Suny Electronic Inc. Ltd. from shareholders for ILS 13.5 million on February 20, 2020. Under the terms, Lapidoth Capital will acquire 3.6 million shares at an offer price of ILS 3.75 per share in Suny Electronic Inc. Ltd.
