The Invictus Games Sydney 2018 has kicked into gear with an exciting start for all the nations.

SuperdrySport have followed the competitors on day one for the road cycling and sailing at Sydney's Royal Botanic Garden and Sydney Harbour. It was outstanding and emotional performance for Team UK who conquered with 12 medals (8 gold) in cycling and achieved 4thand 5th places for sailing.

Prince Harry and The Duchess of Sussex joined to support at sailing - both wearing SuperdrySport water resistant Invictus Games Foundation jackets.

Day two has been an equally action-packed day of Indoor Rowing, Wheelchair Tennis and Sitting Volleyball, with roaring crowds across all nations at Sydney Olympic Park.

As Official Sportswear Provider for Team UK we have delivered the full technical kit across a range of sports, ensuring the specialist requirements of the competitors are met as well as technical attributes added to the kit, to maximise sporting performance.

Team UK Captain, Mark Perkins, took home two Silver medals with the rowing team who scored 7 medals in total. The UK Sitting Volleyball team also won their two matches against Afghanistan and Jordan bringing them through to the Semi-Finals tomorrow.
