Superior Plus Corp. (TSX:SPB) entered into an agreement to acquire the Retail Propane Distribution and Refined Fuels Assets of Quarles Petroleum Inc. for approximately $150 million on March 28, 2022. Quarles team will join Superior.
The Acquisition is subject to customary regulatory and commercial closing conditions. The Acquisition is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2022.
