J Sainsbury plc (LSE:SBRY) agreed to acquire remaining 51% stake in 13 stores in UK from British Airways Pension Fund and Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE:SUPR) on September 10, 2021. The deal will be completed in March 2023 when the current occupational leases expire.
