Susco Public Company Limited at its Board meeting held on April 23, 2020, approved appointment of Mrs. Phuangphet Thaweechaiwat, as Chairperson of the Audit Committee; Prakit Pradipasen member of the audit committee; and Sithiphan Sriphen as member of the audit committee for remaining term in office 3 years. Secretary of the Audit Committee will be Mrs. Piyalaks Simasaengyaporn.
