Sustainable Infrastructure Division Fund announce that distributions for the fourth quarter of 2020 will be payable to unitholders of Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend Fund as follows: Distribution Per unit is $0.04167; Record Dates are October 31, 2020, November 30, 2020 and December 31, 2020 Payable Dates are November 13, 2020, December 15, 2020 and January 15, 2021.
Middlefield Sustainable Infrastructure Dividend ETF (the Fund) is a Canada-based closed-ended investment trust. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of units with stable monthly cash distributions and enhanced long-term total return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio. The Fund invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of dividend paying securities of infrastructure assets.
