Shenzhen Anjie Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that It will receive CNY 10 million in an equity round of funding on August 20, 2019. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Suzhou Anjie Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002635) and will retain its 100% stake in the company. Post the closing of the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 20 million to CNY 30 million. The transaction has been approved in the second meeting of the 4th directorate. The transaction does not need approval from the investor's shareholders meeting.
Suzhou Anjie Technology Co., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of functional components of consumer electronic products and new energy vehicles. The Companyâs main products include paste functional components, insulating functional components, buffering materials, shielding functional components, backlight materials, heat radiating functional components, conducting materials, optical adhesive films, decorative functional components, touch panels and window protection glass, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
