Suzhou Fubao Photoelectric Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 87.5 million in an equity round of funding from an existing investor, Suzhou Anjie Technology Co., Ltd. on August 7, 2015. The investor will maintain its stake at 100% in the company. Upon closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 150 million to CNY 237.50 million.
The transaction has been approved in the 22nd session of the 2nd directorate of the investor.
