Taiwan Anjie Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive $1,078,900 in an equity round of funding on October 28, 2015. The transaction will include participation from existing investors, Suzhou Anjie Technology Co., Ltd., Lu Zhengnan, and Lu Guocheng for $1,000,000, $48,900, and $30,000 respectively. After the completion of the transaction, Suzhou Anjie Technology Co., Ltd., Lu Zhengnan, and Lu Guocheng will hold 80% stake, 10.79% stake, and 3.21% stake in the company respectively.

The transaction has been approved at the 27th meeting of the 2nd directorate of the investor and does not need its shareholders' approval. Upon completion of the transaction; the company's registered capital will increase from $2,671,100 to $3,750,000. The investors will acquire 28.770667% stake in the company through this transaction.
