Suzhou Jiexingkai Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 15,000,000 in an equity round of funding on July 8, 2021. The transaction will include participation from new investor Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co., Ltd. for CNY 10,200,000 and returning investor Liu Guoxing for CNY 4,800,000. On closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 5,000,000 to CNY 20,000,000. Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co., Ltd. will acquire 51% stake in the company and Liu Guoxing's stake will change from 100% to 49%. The capital increase shall be paid within 10 days from the date of signing the capital increase agreement.
