Change of Representative Directors

The Board of Directors of Suzuki Motor Corporation resolved in the meeting held on 24 February 2021 the change of Representative Directors as follows.

• 1. Reason of the change

  With the formulation of the new Mid-Term Management Plan (April 2021- March 2026), the corporate management direction toward 2030 and 2050 was defined. Therefore, with the expiration of the current term of office, following Representative Directors will retire.

• 2. Retiring Representative Directors

  Osamu Suzuki	Representative Director and Chairman (Chairman of the Board of Directors)
  Yasuhito Harayama	Representative Director and Vice Chairman, Supporting Chairman

  Upon retirement, both will be appointed as Senior Advisors.

• 3. Scheduled date of retirement

  At the time of closing of the 155th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2021.
