Suzuki Motor Corporation will make the following change in personnel of officers as of 1 April 2022. The Company also made an internal decision of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Member to be appointed at the 156th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2022.

The Directors (nine members) and Audit & Supervisory Board Member (one member) will be officially decided following the approval at the 156th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and Representative Directors and Directors with titles are to be appointed at the Board of Directors which will be held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
