SCA Approves Dividend for the Year 2016, Payable on April 12, 2017; Approves Appointment of Lars Rebien Sörensen as Director

The Annual General Meeting of SCA decided on a dividend of SEK 6.00 per share for the 2016 fiscal year. The record date for the dividend is April 7, 2017. Payment through Euroclear Sweden AB is planned for April 12, 2017.

The shareholders at its AGM also approved the appointment of Lars Rebien Sörensen as director.
