Swancor Holding Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 2,796.540 million compared to TWD 2,357.982 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 70.556 million compared to TWD 234.665 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 37.611 million compared to TWD 250.247 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.41 compared to TWD 2.73 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 5,421.995 million compared to TWD 3,465.640 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 148.169 million compared to TWD 274.582 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 92.349 million compared to TWD 295.038 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1 compared to TWD 3.22 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1 compared to TWD 3.21 a year ago.
Swancor Holding Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engage in the provision of resins. The new materials business is engaged in the provision of environmental protection and corrosion resistant materials such as vinyl ester resins and special unsaturated polyester resins, wind power blade materials such as infusion resins, mold resins, adhesives and prepreg resins for wind turbine blade beams, as well as composite materials such as environmentally friendly resins, rail transit safety materials and epoxy resins. The carbon fiber composite materials business is engage in the provision of wind power prepregs, flame-retardant prepregs, carbon fiber pultruded sheets and thermoplastic sheets. The offshore wind power business is engaged in the provision of offshore wind power development and maintenance services, energy technology services. The Company is also engaged in investment and technology business. The Company operates in Taiwan and mainland China markets.
