Norges Bank Investment Management and Swiss Life Holding AG signed an agreement to acquire 86 boulevard Haussmann in Paris from SwissLife Assurances de Biens, SwissLife Assurance et Patrimoine and Swiss Life Prévoyance et Santé, Asset Management Arm for approximately €220 million.

Norges Bank Investment Management and Swiss Life Holding AG (SWX:SLHN) signed an agreement to acquire 86 boulevard Haussmann in Paris from SwissLife Assurances de Biens, SwissLife Assurance et Patrimoine and Swiss Life Prévoyance et Santé, Asset Management Arm for approximately €220 million on September 8, 2022. In a related transaction, Norges Bank Investment Management signed an agreement to acquire VoltAir in Berlin for approximately €460 million. Under the terms, Norges Bank Investment Management will acquire a 65% stake for approximately €140 million where as Swiss Life will hold 35% stake.

The deal is expected to close in December 2022.
