Sygnus Credit Investments (SCI) advised that the Board of Directors of the Company on May 12, 2023, approved the buyback of up to US$9 million of SCI's JMD and USD ordinary shares via Open Market Repurchase ("OMR") spanning a period of three (3) years ending June 2026. The buyback is as prescribed by the Articles of Association of the Company.

Its investment objective is to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns, with an emphasis on principal protection, by generating income, through investments in its portfolio companies using private credit instruments.
