Symphony Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the sports product retailing business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Retailing segment engages in the property investment and holding business, as well as management and operation of outlet malls and commercial premises in Xiamen, Shenyang, Anyang, Tianjin and Chongqing. The Branding segment operates the worldwide business of a compression sportswear brand 'SKINS' through a joint venture with ITOCHU Corporation and works together with Iconix International Inc, an America brand operator to operate 'PONY' in Asia Pacific (excluding China mainland and Taiwan region). This Segment is also engaged in the sourcing, manufacturing and trading of healthcare products in Hong Kong. The Financial Services segment engages in the provision of securities brokerage, margin financing, money lending, underwriting and placing of listed securities as well as financial consultancy services.
