Prebona AB (publ), Sweden, has signed a Research Collaboration & Licence Agreement agreement with Syngenta Flowers, The Netherlands. This new agreement covers the development, sale and distribution of NEW products based on Prebona's proprietary CompoTech technology. Prebona AB and Syngenta Flowers had, in February 2020, already entered into an exclusive global distribution agreement for Prebona's EXISTING products for the agriculture sector.

Syngenta Flowers, part of Syngenta AG, Switzerland, is a leading, global company in the horticultural and agricultural industry and the deepened partnership with Prebona is expected to yield new product applications and open up new business opportunities by using Prebona's innovative and environmentally friendly technology within specific areas of the agriculture industry.
