Synopsys, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNPS) signed an definitive agreement to acquire NTT Security AppSec Solutions Inc from NTT Security Corporation for approximately $330 million on April 27, 2022. The transaction is subject to regulatory review and customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Synopsys fiscal Q3 2022.
