Sysorex, Inc. announced a private placement of units for gross proceeds of up to $500,000 on October 14, 2022. The company has reserved 1,000,000,000 shares for possible issuance in connection with the private placement. The Company expects the private placement to close within the next week, but there can be no assurance that the private placement will close or that the maximum offering amount will be raised.
On October 17, 2022, the company entered into placement agency agreement with the Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC.
