Systematix Shares & Stocks (I) Ltd announced a private placement of 500,000 common shares at an issue price of INR 200 per share for gross proceeds of INR 100,000,000? on August 17, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Systematix Corporate Services Limited.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of investor. The company issued shares on rights issue basis at a premium of INR 190.
