Notice is hereby given that the 210th Board Meeting of 'Systems Limited' is scheduled to take place at its registered office, Systems Campus, E-1, Sehjpal Road, Near DHA Phase VIII (Ex-Air Avenue), Lahore, Pakistan on 2022-25-08 at 05:30 PM to consider the Half-Yearly Accounts for the Six Months ended 2022-30-06 for declaration of any entitlement.
Furthermore, the Company has declared the closed period from 2022-18-08 to 2022-25-08 (both days inclusive) in accordance with Rule 5.6.1(d)of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
In view of the foregoing, no Director, Chief Executive Officer or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
