SZZT Electronics CO.,LTD (SZSE:002197) agreed to acquire additional 29% stake in Yongxing Longwangling Education Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. from Yongxing Xiangrun Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 66.6 million on December 23, 2022. The board of directors of SZZT Electronics approved the transaction. Yongxing Longwangling recorded total assets of CNY 745.4 million and net assets of CNY 199.2 million as of October 31, 2022.
SZZT Electronics CO., LTD. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of financial self-service terminals, financial payment terminal equipment and light emitting diode (LED) lighting products, among others. The Company's products include encrypt keyboards, payment products, self-service terminals, bank counter terminal equipment and LED, among others. The Company is also engaged in Internet Data Center (IDC) business, energy management contracting business, and the trading of electronic products. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
