According to the Board of Directors meeting of T.K.S. Technologies Public Company Limited ("The Company") No.3/2022 held on 14 July 2022 has resolved to approve the sales of ordinary shares of Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited ("SABUY") in the amount of 25,000,000 shares, representing 1.75% of the total paid-up shares of SABUY, to Ms. Paranya Rujanapornpajee at a price 1 8 . 0 1 Baht per share and the total value of the transaction is 4 5 0 ,2 5 0 ,0 0 0 Bahtand approve the purchase ordinary shares of Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited ("MSC") in the amount of 32,400,000 shares, or equal to 9.00 percent of the total paid-up shares of MSC, from Ms. Paranya Rujanapornpajee at a price 1 2 . 5 0 Baht per share, and the total value of the transaction is 405,000 ,000 Baht. The Company would like to inform you that both transactions were completed on August 8, 2022.
