T T J HOLDINGS LIMITED APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ("CEO") AND REDESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR TO EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of T T J Holdings Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that in line with its succession planning, Mr Elavarasu Somasundaram who has held the role of the Company's Chief Operating Officer since 2015, will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company with effect from 1 August 2021.
Accordingly, Mr Teo Hock Chwee will be redesignated from Chairman and Managing Director to Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from 1 August 2021.
Mr Teo Hock Chwee will continue in his position as Executive Chairman to set the overall corporate strategy, planning and business development of the Group while Mr Elavarasu Somasundaram as CEO, who has been with the Group since 1992, will focus on overseeing the overall business of the Group, including devising and implementing the business and targets.
