On September 26, 2022, T2 Biosystems, Inc. and Columbus Day Realty, Inc. (the “Landlord”) entered into Amendment No. 6 to Commercial Lease (the “Lease Amendment”) to the lease agreement dated May 6, 2013 (as subsequently amended, the “Lease”) for its manufacturing facility located at 231 Andover Street, Wilmington, Massachusetts (the “Premises”). The Lease Amendment extends the term of the Lease from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2024.

Beginning on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2023, the registrant is obligated to pay the Landlord rent at the rate of Fifteen Dollars ($14.00) per square foot for a total base rent of $91,980. The registrant's monthly base rent will increase to Seventeen Dollars ($17.00) per square foot beginning on January 1, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2024 for a total base rent of $111,690.
