Tainan Spinning Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 4,369.79 million compared to TWD 3,997.6 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 445.75 million compared to TWD 329.91 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.27 compared to TWD 0.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.27 compared to TWD 0.2 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 15,021.82 million compared to TWD 12,598.17 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 2,581.09 million compared to TWD 256.35 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.56 compared to TWD 0.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.56 compared to TWD 0.15 a year ago.
