Taiwan Cement Holdings B.V announced that it has received $390 million in funding from Taiwan Cement Corp.

Taiwan Cement (Dutch) Holdings B.V announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of $390,000,000 on September 27, 2021. The transaction included participation from returning investor Taiwan Cement Corp. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Taiwan Cement Corp.
