Taiwan Cellular Co., Ltd. (TCC), TCCI Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (TID) and Taiwan Fixed Network Co., Ltd. (TFN) all agreed to forfeit their rights to receive 2024 cash dividend and cash return out of capital surplus from TWM, which will be distributed to the remaining shareholders of TWM based on shareholding percentage. After deducting the shares collectively owned by TCC, TID and TFN, the share count entitled to receive cash dividend and cash return out of capital surplus is 3,024,510,210, translating into cash distribution of TWD 4.5 per share. The aforementioned cash dividend and cash return per share are subject to adjustments based on the eligible share count on the ex-dividend date.
