Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd. declared cash dividend of TWD 4.29953 per common share, payable on September 11, 2021. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading date August 23, 2021. Last date before book closure August 24, 2021. Book closure starting date August 25, 2021. Book closure ending date August 29, 2021. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date August 29, 2021. TCC Investment Co., Ltd. (TCCI), TCCI Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (TID) and TFN Union Investment Co., Ltd. (TUI) all agreed to forfeit their rights to receive 2020 cash dividends and cash return out of capital surplus from TWM, which will be distributed to the remaining shareholders of TWM based on shareholding percentage. As of the date before the conversion suspension period of TWM's 3rd domestic unsecured convertible bond, the total number of outstanding shares are 3,512,721,670, after deducting 698,751,601 shares collectively owned by TCCI, TID and TUI, the share count entitled to receive cash dividend and cash return out of capital surplus is 2,813,970,069 .
