Notice Regarding Changes (Retirement) ofRepresentative Director

Kyoto, Japan-Takara Holdings has announced that a resolution has been made at meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 12, 2022, to implement the following changes (retirement) of Representative Director. Further, this resolution will receive final approval at the general shareholders' meeting scheduled to be held on June 29, 2022, and the following meeting of the Board of Directors.

Hisashi Omiya will retire from his position of Representative Director upon the expiration of his term of office as Director.
