Talbros Engineering Limited announced that at the board meeting held on 8 November, 2023 approved the payment of interim dividend of INR 1.50 per equity share of the face value of INR 10 (Rupee Ten) each for the financial year 2023-2024. The Record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for interim Dividend has been fixed as 21 November 2023.
