For the year 2020, TALEND has obtained a score of 76/100 which is reflected in the following 5 indicators :

  • 36/40 for the gender pay gap indicator for comparable positions
  • 10/20 for the indicator on the difference in the allocation of individual increases between women and men
  • 15/15 for the indicator on the allocation gap in promotions between women and men
  • 15/15 for the indicator on the percentage of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave
  • 0/10 for the indicator on parity between women and men among the ten highest paid employees

We intend to continue our efforts and initiatives in favor of professional equality by paying particular attention to this subject. In early 2021, a position of Head of DEIB - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging - was created at our U.S. headquarters to deploy our global strategy of promoting an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture. We want to ensure that we provide the opportunities and work environment so that everyone can contribute to the success of the company and succeed individually, regardless of gender, color, race, religion or any other aspect of diversity.
