Tansun Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300872) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 26.3% stake in Peking Seasons Bright Technology Co., Ltd. from Fan Shan for CNY 44.2 million on February 1, 2021. Within 3 working days after the agreement effective date, Tansun Technology will make a one time payment of the transfer price to the seller’s designated bank account. Tansun Technology will use its own funds of CNY 44.2 million for financing. As of December 31, 2020, Peking Seasons Bright Technology reported total assets of CNY 46.8 million, net assets of CNY 27.7 million, revenue of CNY 29.783 million, operating profit of CNY 0.76 million and net profit of CNY 0.759 million.
