The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the extension of the exclusivity periods for Taronis Fuels, Inc. on March 24, 2023. As per the order, the debtor's exclusivity period to file its plan and to solicit votes on its plan, have been extended by 90 days i.e. up to July 11, 2023, and September 7, 2023, respectively.
