TAS INTERNATIONAL ACQUIRES

RESIDUAL 30% STAKE IN TAS EASTERN EUROPE D.O.O.

Milan, 16 December 2020, TAS S.p.A. (hereinafter the "Company" or "TAS"), Italian leader in the supply of software and services for banking and financial applications, present in Europe and America, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary under Swiss law, TAS International SA, has today concluded the acquisition of the residual 30% stake in TAS Eastern Europe doo ("TAS EE"), resulting in a 100% shareholding in the Serbian company.

The consideration for the acquisition amounts to Euro 1.54 million and will be paid through the assignment of newly issued TAS International shares to the seller, Mr. Slobodan Paunovic, who will thus hold, upon completion of the transaction, a 2.87% stake in the share capital of TAS International.
