Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. said Monday that its fourth-quarter net profit rose 7.4% from a year earlier, driven by strong revenue growth.

The Indian information-technology services provider said net profit for the quarter ended March 31 rose to 99.26 billion Indian rupees ($1.31 billion) from INR92.46 billion a year earlier. That was slightly short of the estimate of INR100.48 billion from a poll of analysts by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Fourth-quarter revenue increased 16% to INR505.91 billion.

The company declared a final dividend of INR22 an equity share.
