PJSC Tatneft : OOO Tatneft-AZS Center Is a Winner of the RF Government Quality Award

Yuri Borisov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, presented the highest awards in the field of quality at the ceremony in Moscow.

The RF Government Quality Award celebrates the 25th anniversary this year. It was established by a decree of the country government dated April 12, 1996. More than 110 companies competed for the award in 2021. All contestants were assessed by the criteria based on the previously submitted reports, fixing the main aspects of their activities, and the subsequent face-to-face expert quality assessment at the enterprise sites. The experts paid great deal of attention to lean production, compliance with environmental standards, application of the global business excellence models in the company's work and the optimization of business processes.

11 Russian enterprises were named laureates of the award, marked for significant results in the field of the product and service quality in 2021, as well as the introduction of highly effective methods of managing internal processes: this award is the highest quality recognition award in the country.

A comprehensive assessment of Tatneft-AZS Center was carried out in the course of the contest. The degree of management involvement, the organization's policy and strategy, the ability to develop and encourage personnel, the management of the organization's internal resources and business relationships with external partners, and the quality of products or services were assessed. When making the assessment, particular attention was paid to the satisfaction level of both consumers and personnel, as well as the public's perception of the organization's activities.

Among the reasons for presenting the award to Tatneft-AZS Center, the Commission especially highlighted the high competence of employees at the filling stations and the widely applied skills of active sales. The experts also noted the Company's adherence to the uniform accepted quality standards, which are strictly observed at all facilities, the availability and transparency of the introduced rules list, and the adherence to the achievement of a single goal.

The compliance with the declared criteria and the title of a laureate in the field of quality confirms the reputation of OOO Tatneft-AZS Center as a reliable supplier of high-quality products and services.
