PJSC Tatneft : TATNEFT Takes Part in Kazansummit-2022

TATNEFT takes part in the 13th International Economic Summit "Russia-Islamic World: KazanSummit 2022", which opened today in Kazan, as well as in the Russia Halal Expo.

More than 5,000 representatives of international organizations, public authorities, financial institutions, top managers of Russian and foreign companies from the Islamic world and 55 regions of Russia take part in the Kazansummit. Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Sergey Katyrin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, took part in the opening ceremony of the forum.

As part of the exhibition exposition, TATNEFT presents the Company's experience and competencies in crude oil production and refining to the guests and participants of the summit, offers the introduction of successfully tested technologies in a number of areas to the potential partners.

Thus, TATNEFT'S experience can the help partners in building an optimal way for the production of high-margin petrochemical products anywhere in the world, taking into account the specifics of the region's mineral resource base.

The Company has the competencies and technologies for the exploration and production of fresh water in any region of the world and it is ready to implement projects for the desalination and treatment of waste, highly mineralized formation and sea waters. For efample, TATNEFT is implementing a water desalination project with a capacity of over 24,000 m3/day at the Company's facilities in Tatarstan. The Company has achieved excellence in resource and energy saving based on the Company's own technologies and production capacities.

In addition to production achievements, TATNEFT demonstrates at the exhibition the Company's commitment to the principles of social responsibility, the desire to preserve the history, traditions and cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples. A real yurt has been installed at the Company's booth display, which houses an exhibition of musical instruments, the guests visiting the booth are welcomed by the "Kadim Almet" ethnic musical group.

A number of meetings of the TATNEFT's senior management officers with foreign delegations and potential partners have been planned within the framework of the summit.
