5.Cause of occurrence:
(1)The original session of the second 2022 Regular Shareholder's
Meeting was on August 19, 2022. Due to financial difficulties,
it was unable to send the notice of the second 2022 Regular
Shareholder's Meeting.
(2)The board of directors of CPT decided to request the Ministry of
Economic Affairs to extend the deadline for the second 2022 Regular
Shareholder's Meeting or change to other supporting measures.
